Warranty Information
Every phone comes with a free 12 month warranty which begins from the date of order. Please see below for what is covered by the warranty and applicable exclusions:
Functionality faults covered include:- Bluetooth
- GPS
- Wi-Fi
- Device backlight
- Device screen (does not cover cracked / smashed or bleeding screen)
- Screen pixels
- Device charging
- Device proximity
- Camera (front and rear)
- Device vibration
- Device microphone
- Device speakers
- Volume control keys
- Device call test
- Headset connection
- Network lock
- Touch ID
- Activation lock
- Battery (3 months only)
What’s not covered
Unfortunately, we can’t cover you if your phone gets dropped or flushed down the loo and any / all of the below will invalidate the warranty:
- Cosmetic or deliberate damage, including but not limited to cracked or smashed screen, scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external cause
- Damage caused by not following the manufacturer’s instructions
- If your phone has been modified or has had a repair carried out without written permission
- If the IMEI or serial number has been removed or defaced from the device
- Battery capacity
