If your device is lost or stolen you would still be responsible for the balance of your agreement and if you are unable to return the item you will then be required to pay an additional 12 months rental in a single payment.

Sorry but when you take an item for rent this item cannot be purchased mid rental.
You have a cooling off period and can return the item within the first 14 days. After that you are committed to the minimum 12 month term.
At the end of the 12 months you are expected to return the item. You just have to let us know if you want to keep it for longer.
